Architects Regional Council Asia (ARCASIA) Architects Regional Council of Asia is the only organization of Architects which is working for the upliftment of the profession in the Asia Region. It is a Council consisting of the Presidents of National Institutes of Architects in the Asian Region that are members of the said Council. The Council, as an organization, serves as an extension for each Member Institute’s regional programs and relations with the following objectives:

• to unite National Institutes of Architects on a democratic basis throughout the Asian region, to foster friendly, intellectual, artistic, educational and scientific ties;

• to foster and maintain professional contacts, mutual co-operation and assistance among member institutes;

• to represent architects of the member institutes at national and international levels;

• to promote the recognition of the architect's role in society;

• to promote the development and education of architects and the architectural profession in their service to society;

• to promote research and technical advancement in the field of the built environment.

The ARCASIA Committee on Professional Practice (ACPP) is one of the standing committee of ARCASIA which aims to

• have a base understanding of the professional practice and professional practice of each member country.

• facilitate and allow for members who are in process of establishing professional practice framework in their respective countries to leverage from the experience of those who have an established process.

• establish a basis for which to discuss cross-border practices amongst member countries, given the rise in globalization.

• The Committee shall be responsible to the ARCASIA Council for the affairs of the ACPP

A founding member of the ARCASIA, the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) is the integrated and accredited professional organization of architects in the Philippines.
